Linfield House has been rated good in our six-monthly internal mock CQC inspection by our designated Safety and Compliance Team and audited monthly as part of our commitment to continuous quality improvement. This is an internal mock inspection carried out by Guild Care to measure performance against CQC standards.
Our Safety & Compliance team at Guild Care audits our residential care homes and conducts mock inspections, in line with the latest CQC framework, to check that our services are safe, responsive, effective, caring and well-led.
The team asked for individual or group feedback from people living at Linfield House, their relatives & visitors and members of staff, and received so many positive responses about the care and leadership at Linfield House.
Our inspection team also observed the care and support offered to individual residents and reviewed the record-keeping and care pathways to make sure everything was correct and thorough.
Following a very detailed inspection, Linfield House has received a rating of ‘Good’ for each key question.
